Definition for : Dilution - shareholders
Dilution is the decline in the percentage of a current shareholder Interest in the company, i.e. a decrease in his/her current voting rights. Dilution occurs when a Capital increase is cash-neutral for a shareholder. Also called Dilution of control or real dilution.
